The hotel was in a favourable location next to the historic Fort Collins and the `` coffee shop '' and near to the College. Went to Nori Maki Bar for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The location was excellent - very close to from the Interstate to Old Town and restaurants, shopping and CSU campus and Colorado. Queen room with accessible bath, had essentials required.

They were always available at the front desk and provided prompt assistance whenever needed. The parking in the rear lot was very convenient, making it easy to come and go from the hotel.

One downside I experienced was the unreliable internet connection, which cut out a couple of times during my visit. Although the staff was quick to help resolve the issue, it was still an inconvenience.

Clean rooms, well-maintained property. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Good breakfast and amenities, including indoor swimming pool and gym. Convenient location for exploring the area.
